Zenith Development through its affiliates have a PC-based machine that integrates a customized touch screen and other features that display product information and high quality media content. Through the touch screen technology, the user can instantly access e-mail, surf the web, view audio and video clips, purchase goods and services online and will be able to place a telephone call. The terminal will allow consumers to place both local and long distance calls through the voice-over-IP capability of the Internet.
The terminals come equipped with a cutting edge bill acceptor and credit card reader and are covered by a heavy gauge steel frame. They are available in a variety of models including wall mounted units and free standing walk-up booths, adaptable to any type of location. The aesthetics of the units are highly appealing and are both scalable and modular.

Zenith

positioned to capture a leading share of the U.S. market. The Company is
presently preparing to deploy the first wave of interactive web-enabled
terminals in 2003, after extensive field testing in 2000. Zenith
Development has already deployed ATM machines to various companies,
small to large. Including, but not limited too some major brand
names as Amerisuite Hotels, Wellsley Suite and Inns and Sheraton Hotels.

profitable business in their assigned areas. Develop strategic partnerships through third party companies for selective high-profile
locations which generate quality user traffic that is attractive to advertisers and sponsors.
Target the initial deployment wave of up to 3000 terminals across four different
location venues: travel and lodging, transportation, retail and specialty coffee shops. The results
of this first wave will allow the Company to direct its subsequent deployment to locations which provide a higher yield.
Expand the network to over 5000 terminals with sales of over $100 million per annum by capturing national corporate sponsors, and establish a solid monthly income to investors.
Ensure the highest quality in user satisfaction of its web-enabled public access Internet
terminals. In order to accommodate these identified needs, on-going user behavior will be tracked at all times throughout the interactive network.
